• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

4. Credit System and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system
• Credits are consumed when generating AI images
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical failure
• We reserve the right to refund credits for failed generations
• Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated

• You retain ownership of images you upload to the Service
• You grant us a limited license to process and generate variations of your images
• You represent that you have the right to upload and use all submitted images
